I hate writing a bad review but because this dealer is so insistent (texting) on a review, here it is. I took my new truck for routine maintenance, lube/oil/filter and tire rotation. After completion of th insistent (texting) on a review, here it is. I took my new truck for routine maintenance, lube/oil/filter and tire rotation. After completion of the service, I noticed the front driver side wheel was damaged and scratched.. I know this damage was not there prior to my visit cause I walked the truck prior to drop off with the “Guest Relations Manager,” I even inquired about fixing a different wheel on the passenger side.. which they declined to repair. After calling back and then returning the next day to have them inspect the wheel I was told by the service department that he would have to get ‘additional approval’ from management…and he’d get back to me the next day. Of course that call never came, I contacted the service manager directly and he denied the damage occurred at the dealership and refused the pay for the repair…. What ever happen to taking care of the customer? This is a minor repair and minimal cost in the end, but instead they have now lost my business forever! More
