I have been going to Falmouth Toyota for over 12 years now. I have bought 3 new vehicles from them and have had nothing but GREAT service! Last month I purchased another new vehicle and the salesman, An now. I have bought 3 new vehicles from them and have had nothing but GREAT service! Last month I purchased another new vehicle and the salesman, Anthony Spagone was incredible. He explained everything about the sale and tried to get me every credit available. He is an outstanding salesman! Amy Killoran did a superb job at explaining all the financing information and didn't let me sign anything until I fully understood it all. The service department has been nothing less than OUTSTANDING over the years. They have always worked with my schedule, helped with transportation and minimized the amount of time I had to physically wait for my car. Thank you very much, Falmouth Toyota! More

Was able to obtain a replacement for my 2002 Toyota Camry, a 2012 Toyota Camry, at a price which was about the same that I paid for my Camry over eleven years ago. I have been very happy with the Camry Camry, a 2012 Toyota Camry, at a price which was about the same that I paid for my Camry over eleven years ago. I have been very happy with the Camry based on its almost perfect (not quite perfect, had to replace the driver side door handle) reliability record with only normal type replacement of brakes, tires and a battery needed in those eleven years. The fact that the exhaust system has been untouched over that time is for me a new standard of durability. When I bought the new car I was happy to be able to get what I wanted without being presented with unneeded extras. More

I had some phone tag and other issues at first with different staff - once I talked to Matt all was well and my loyalty to FT is stronger than ever. Amy was amazing w/financing and diligent with up-da different staff - once I talked to Matt all was well and my loyalty to FT is stronger than ever. Amy was amazing w/financing and diligent with up-dates. Anthony was a pleasure to work with, and anything he did not know about my 2012 Prius Plug-in, John could address. I include Tony just because he stopped by when I was in the showroom and he has always been my advocate - so seeing him as I waited to sign on the dotted line for my elegant blizzard pearl brand new car made me feel even more confident that this was a wise move...I gave my 2007 Prius to my 21 year old who lives in LA - the first thing we did after driving it cross country was set her up with a Toyota dealership in Pasadena because I wanted her to feel the confidence and security that I feel based on my experience with FT. You are great - the only criticism is that you need a few more women on your staff roster! And it would be great if Toyota promoted more plug in stations! Can't wait for the App.... More

I have owned my 2004 Toyota Highlander for 8 years, purchased and serviced at Falmouth Toyota, a great service team. I just traded my Highlander for a Venza. If Falmouth Toyota did not have such an e purchased and serviced at Falmouth Toyota, a great service team. I just traded my Highlander for a Venza. If Falmouth Toyota did not have such an excellent service team I may not have bought another Toyota. I trusted the service department and spoke to Tony about the different cars I was going to be looking at and he suggested the Venza. I am glad I listened to him as I love my Venza and know that if I have any problems that FalmouthToyota's service department will take care of them. More

The good reviews are NOT accurate. I have brought a couple of different Camry's to be serviced there over the years. The first time Tony Martino quted me $1,200 for a minor repair on an exhaust flext couple of different Camry's to be serviced there over the years. The first time Tony Martino quted me $1,200 for a minor repair on an exhaust flext pipe. I had it repaired elsewhere for $200 and the repair lasted for 200,000 miles. I gave them another chance a few years later on my new Camry. Brought it in to had the rear interior light fixed, and a couple of loose screws under the dash replaced. When I got it home I noticed NOTHING had been fixed. (it was under warranty) When I brought it back, old man Murphy (the owner)accused me of lying. This place is the WORST dealership on the Cape, and should be avoided at all costs. More

In my opinion the most important thing that separates Falmouth Toyota from the many other dealerships in the region is customer service, and I say this from experience. They're focused like a laser beam Falmouth Toyota from the many other dealerships in the region is customer service, and I say this from experience. They're focused like a laser beam on making you happy. The first time I stepped into the dealership the first person I met was Tony Martino. It was a busy day at the dealership, but Tony immediately took the time to help me. He carefully listened to my concerns, inspected my old vehicle, and expertly explained the remedy. His attitude and professionalism gave me great confidence in the dealership. So, much so that I decided to buy a new vehicle. He introduced me to Jack Moloney in the sales department. Jack Moloney spent hours showing me the various models of the truck I was interested in and taking me on test drives. There was never any pressure to buy and I never felt rushed. He went out of his way to match me with a vehicle that was perfect for my needs. Working with Jack was like working with a close family member. His friendly personality and vast experience made buying a new vehicle fun, and I never thought I'd say buying a vehicle could be fun! And the price I was quoted on the new vehicle should not be under stated. It was better than the price I had found in all my research. Peter Cavicchi, the business manager, clearly explained the purchase process and prepared all the necessary paper work. He explained all the extra warranty items available but did not pressure me to buy anything. He was very informative and his calm demeaner in my opinion makes him the perfect business manager. There are other dealerships out there with good people, but I think that Falmouth Toyota has a great team. And the team at Falmouth Toyota is clearly focused on customer satisfaction. I owe this to Matt Murphy, the general manager, and coach of a winning team! Thank you Falmouth Toyota! More

Just purchased 3rd and 4th car from this dealer. I put on a lot of miles and am in service monthly for oil changes etc. Making an appointment is easy, getting in on time is the norm, as is getting out within a lot of miles and am in service monthly for oil changes etc. Making an appointment is easy, getting in on time is the norm, as is getting out within the allotted time. They recommend only the services recommended by the manufacturer at that point in time and they give you lead time on upcoming issues; tires, brakes etc, so that you can plan for that expense at a future visit. Several times they have gone above and beyond normal warranty service including giving me a car for a week when my Corolla (I might expect this at a Mercedes dealer or other high end store but not for an $18,000 Toyota) needed time in the shop. Recently, without my asking, they offered to split a part replacement on a part that was 10,000 miles out of warranty. Sales staff have always been helpful and patient with me as I try to do my due diligence, they do what they say they will and they do it promptly. More
