I injured my knee the same morning; my service rep, Doug Kircher, was very polite, he went above and beyond to insure my comfort. Very nice gentleman, a true asset to your company. Also talked with Heather and Tony on the sales floor; both wete very accomadating. Tony worked pretty hard to please my husband, who in turn turned down the deal for which I am very sorry. Service went smoothly and didn't take as long as I have experienced in the past. I think the check-in process helped expidite. Thank you keeping the Cruze running tip- top . More
