We did attempt to diagnose any problems with your vehicle during your 7/30/19 visit, but everything was operating normally with your vehicle. We're not sure what you think we lied about o r were otherwise dishonest with you about. On your 10/17/19 visit, the repairs that we suggested and performed were the solutions to the problems, as was indicated by GM. If these did not fix the problems, we are happy to take another look for you.
