I came to Mohawk Honda Monday, January 16 as I had a 5:00 p.m. appointment to have my oil changed in my 2015 Fit. I loved that car but I left that night having purchased a 2022 Honda Accord Sport! That is what happens when you stroll around the dealership waiting for servicing of your car and you see this vehicle in the showroom! I met and spent quality time with Camren McKenna. Having spent nearly 40 years as a Supervisor and Manager with 3 call centers which provided excellent customer service to customers, I feel I can recognize that in people. You should be proud to have him on your team. My meeting with Tony was professional and he displayed patience with me as he fully explained the features and benefits of caring for my new car. Picked up my 2023 Honda Ridgeline on 10/31/2022. Great experience and no pressure sales tactics. I worked with Tony, Issac and John throughout the sales process. Tony was transparent and handled all paperwork efficiently although I live 3 hours away. Issac showed all the tech features in the Ridgeline and even adjusted the settings for better convenience. John dealt with financing which we were never forced to purchase any additional protection we didn't want. Overall a great experience next time you are looking for a car just ask for Tony. This will be my go to dealership in the future. More
