Tony and Robbie did a great job at taking care of my experience getting a new car. This is the second time I have dealt with Lithia Hyundai. The issues I had were with the prep of the car and the time experience getting a new car. This is the second time I have dealt with Lithia Hyundai. The issues I had were with the prep of the car and the time the process took. My last car was delivered with every detail looked after. This time; not so much. The car had been washed but the inside of the windows looked like they were wiped with a greasy rag. Adhesive spots on the dash were still sticky and a tag on the glove box had been flipped to the inside instead of removed. The paper mat cover was left on the floor. The cargo net was still in the package in the spare compartment. It took nearly 4 hours from the time I walked into the dealership until I left with the car. Most of that time seemed to be waiting for something to be done. I commend Tony and Robbie for doing their best. But it appeared that many things were simply out of their hands. More
