Everything was completely average and what you’d expect from a car service appointment. The timing for both the actual car servicing and the shuttle were longer than communicated, and there was no sense of from a car service appointment. The timing for both the actual car servicing and the shuttle were longer than communicated, and there was no sense of urgency to get back on track. I got a text saying my shuttle had arrived, then a minute later I got a call saying he was just leaving the dealership. There was trash in the shuttle car. The passenger seat in my car was laid completely flat when I got the car back. The only aspect of the appointment that I would rate as good service was that Tony came back to my car with me to make sure the issue was fixed. If you’re asking to be rated for 5 star/above and beyond service then you should probably try to provide great service instead of average. More
