This is the first time I've purchased a vehicle remotely. Sher made the whole process easy. The delivery fee is much, much more reasonable than the big guys. It was a no-brainer. Never has a car company followed up to this degree after making a sale. Looks like I am a lifetime customer. My only negative is that I did not speak up in price. With a credit rate over 800 why am I paying more than 4% when models a year earlier are advertised at 0% More
