First, my salesman was great. That is the only person I've met there that was legit. The finance person was a joke & a liar who sold me a 3rd party warranty at purchase that is no That is the only person I've met there that was legit. The finance person was a joke & a liar who sold me a 3rd party warranty at purchase that is nothing like they presented it to be, then their clown circus of a service department proceeded to rip me off on top of that when I tried to use it when the radiator started to leak. I have had this truck 11 months & according to the clowns, this leak needed a new radiator, water pump & thermostat, even said the radiator was full of sludge. Then 'recommended' a new serpentine belt & cleaning the fuel injectors. It is apparent that they do not service these used vehicles before putting them on the lot and/or they just lie to make a buck. Either way, I am putting in for a refund on the "warranty" & I will never go back there again. More
