I recently had the pleasure to have my car serviced at Wolfchase Nissan in Bartlett, Tennessee on 9-1-2018. Their service was nothing short of exceptional. Larry and the entire staff were professional, thorough, and efficient. They changed my oil, rotated my tires, and did all the factory recalls within less than 2 hours. I was very pleased. I would definitely recommend them and will be driving there again to have my car serviced. Of note, I drove over 2 hours from Missouri to get to this dealership, and will definitely be going back to Wolfchase Nissan.

"Cannot be trusted "

The sales associate was great! He gave me a price quote and I asked if they could throw in a spoiler (because the car didn’t have one) And i would purchase it right now. I left and came back and Tony (sales associate) said David Dreyfus (sales manager) couldn’t do that. I said well can I purchase the spoiler and have it installed for free and he said he would go check. He said they would just charge me for the spoiler and it was $625. I confirmed with him that $625 was the price of the spoiler without labor and he said yes. The price quote changed from the first amount and added $625 plus sales tax. I buy the car, get home and a few days later Nissan sends me an email about accessories. I look, and the spoiler said $325. I immediately text Tony and he said he thought I was just paying for the spoiler but he would check with David. David said he could not do anything and that it was a misunderstanding on my part. But it wasn’t AND the sales associate was also under the impression that it was just the price of the spoiler. I called David back a few times and he was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I have worked in customer service and it is not how you treat people. Obviously, yes it was a miscommunication on the associate and managers part but it wasn’t on mine and I had to pay for it. He kept asking well what are you wanting me to do. I said stick to the word that your sales associate confirmed with me and charge me for the spoiler, when your employee makes a mistake, you fix it and then make sure it doesn’t happen again. He said he couldn’t do that. He said I’ll just give you the money back and you can go somewhere else. I tried to call the general sales manager and left a voicemail with no call back. I never in my life have been treated like this. I emailed David along with the general sales manager and the store manager to request my money back along with how I felt that I was being done wrong. The only person that messaged me back was David and he said “I’m sorry you feel that way.” I will never go back to this dealership again!

Obviously, David miscommunicated to you too. No one has even picked up the phone to call me, email me, or anything since I bought my car. Not even after I voiced my concerns and left a voicemail for the GM. Below is the last email I sent, which speaks for itself. NOTHING was made right. I still do not have a spoiler and now if I want one I still have to pay for the spoiler AND installation when it was originally told to me you all would pay for the installation. I don’t appreciate you going off of David’s word and not even reaching out to me before you post such a reply. David, I tried to call Ken Mills and also left him a message to return my call, which he never did. Regardless, you knew of my concern and a phone call with an update of the situation would have gone a long way. It concerns me to entrust any further business to you all, including the application of the spoiler. This was not a mistake or a misunderstanding on my part and I do not feel that I should have to pay for a misunderstanding your employee had. A corporation unwilling to stand behind the word of their own employee and also willing to lose future business, from me and others, over $300 can not be trusted. I believe when mistakes are made they should be "made right" and then actions be taken to avoid any further mistakes. I'm sorry you were unwilling to do so. If you could please send me the check back of $625 plus 6.5% tax I would appreciate it. His reply: “I’m sorry you feel that way Mrs. Layne.”
