It was unexpected but they did make that part right, and I'm here to give them credit for that. Thanks to them for doing that. They also sent corrected paperwork so that could get straightened out. Overall, not the experience I wanted to have, but in the end I will give them credit for fixing their mistakes. Original review: After ordering a jeep, they ordered the wrong options, completed the paperwork so incorrectly that the state treasurer couldn't use it, changed the dollars in the deal and when confronted said they would change the dollars back to what was agreed upon, then didn't. I left messages numerous times. Spoke to Ken twice, who said he'd fix it and call back. He never did. Received an email saying to call Craig if I wasn't satisfied, left messages for him, never heard back. Left numerous messages for Stephanie on trying to get the correct paperwork, she never returned my calls. This is the kind of shady, sloppy car dealership practice that you thought went away years ago, but it hasn't at Lake Norman Jeep. I would never let my daughter or any friends or family buy or do business here. More
