These are traits we had not experienced at other dealerships. Our experiences with Tony and Donna were also exceptional. Every staff member that we saw was friendly and they all seemed to enjoy what they were doing; which made us also enjoy our experience. Erik Hardin corresponded via emails answering all of my questions and even sending me additional pictures of the vehicle. We decided to make the trip from Knoxville, TN over to Lake Norman after seeing Erik's dedication to customer service. Once at Lake Norman, we were met by Willie Brown who took over for Erik (who was off that day). The service from beginning to end was top notch. I recommended Willie contact Google and submit his voice navigation be added to their services! More

I was treated very well, the customer service there is hands down the absolute best that I have ever experienced. The entire process took a few days at no fault to the dealership. The vehicle I was interested in buying had just arrived from a trade-in. I was eager to make purchase but my sales representative Mark Mosayebi assured me that they wanted to get everything just right before selling me the vehicle. I am very satisfied with my purchase of a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado LT Double Cab! The entire staff from the reception desk, to the show room floor, to the service shop I felt like I was well taken care of and I felt very good about the experience overall. I will be buying my cars there going forward. Thanks again to Mark and his team. They really know how to make the car buying experience enjoyable focusing on what you the customer wants instead of JUST selling you a car. More
