I arrived for a 10:30 appointment and drove out in my new vehicle by 12:30. I am so impressed with the honesty of this dealership! My new vehicle was due for an oil change and I asked about having the next package of service up, which would have been $299.95. The gentleman told me it was not necessary at this time for anything other than the oil change!! They could easily have done that service and I would never have known it didn't need to be done. I typically do not purchase vehicles from dealers due to the "purchase experience" which can be poor. I have never been to Bourne's, but saw a Subaru on FB Marketplace. I stopped by, did not see the car, the "purchase experience" which can be poor. I have never been to Bourne's, but saw a Subaru on FB Marketplace. I stopped by, did not see the car, but Tori walked by and offered to help. In no time, she had information on the car, but a deposit had already been made. I left my name and got a call back the following day that it was now available. Later that day, I took it for a ride and picked it up, for my wife, the following day. This was a nice experience and Tori is the best. Several other people were also very helpful including George and Trevon. Thanks More
