I had tori she was Beyond helpful she don’t make me feel pressured or overwhelmed . She was such a joy to talk to , She explain every single process. The customer service experience I had was great from the front receptionist Amada I think that’s her name ,she remembered my name daughter as well . being a woman and walking into a dealership only is scary , but I felt I was in good hand the whole time . The whole experience at Bourne’s was great. Tori, Carlos and Shawn all answered every question I had and the whole experience from start to finish was easy and stress free. I never felt pressured at all to and Shawn all answered every question I had and the whole experience from start to finish was easy and stress free. Took them over four hours for me to be able to purchase my vehicle! Then when the car was ready, they forgot to tell me they do not do inspection stickers here AND that I have a washer fluid pump problem t my vehicle! Then when the car was ready, they forgot to tell me they do not do inspection stickers here AND that I have a washer fluid pump problem that they need to fix (didn’t tell me until I went in to find out how much longer) and either I wait longer for the issue to be fixed or drive back the hour long trip another time. Come on! More

Bourne’s was great to do business with. Based on their no hassle model, Tori wasn’t trying to force the sale, rather wanted to educate me on the car and ensure it’s what I wanted. Their refundable deposit was also a godsend as it allowed me to ensure the car was there for me to test drive and ultimately purchase (there were 2 others waiting to test drive it). Overall, this was the best experience I have ever had as far shopping for and purchasing a car. Tori in sales was available for any and all questions or requests I had during the car buying process, and she was very prompt in making sure that all of my concerns were addressed. I would also like to add that she was very knowledgeable about all of the technical details of the car buying process - there was never a question that she didn't have an answer to. I also worked with George in finance who helped me shop around for auto loan rates and dealer provided warranty plans. Instead of just trying to sell me a warranty plan, he came to our meeting prepared with researched points as far as what issues I might encounter with my particular vehicle make and model, and how those would factor into their warranty plans. Wrapping up the purchase, the dealership worked with my schedule to provide an easy and convenient home delivery of my new car. Overall, I had exceptional service every step of the way at Bourne's Auto Center. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car. More
