There's no negotiating so there is no hassle or stress. You test drive, you see the price, if it checks out with your mechanic then you either want it or you don't at the listed price. The prices are set to sell. I worked with Tori and she was great, following up regularly on both phone and text to check in with the process and if I needed any more information or help. I was also under the gun time-wise the day I went to purchase/pick up and Tara worked diligently with me to move the process along as quickly as she could without error. I told them I was short on time and she worked as best she could to have everything ready for me. As I said, it was our second purchase from Bourne, and we'll be back again. More

It has been a year between purchases but Tori remembered us as soon as I emailed her, great customer service! High energy and very helpful! She makes you feel comfortable while you're there, and we always had a few laughs with her. Since we live in NH they had to deliver us the car and this process was smooth as well. The delivery personal were friendly and easy to meet with.The description on Cargurus did say new tires and it turns out that only the rear tires were new. The front ones are in good shape but I had the impression all were new. That was a tad upsetting. Also both key fobs are low in battery, mirror issue but would have been nice to have the batteries replaced beforehand. Overall the experience was nice and easy. Tori was easily reachable throughout this process and had a great personality. More
