I've been a customer 16+ yrs. most of the time I've received service that met my expectations. The last 3 years, I've had a handful of isolated- I hope- issues, i.e. my 49r license plate frame was take received service that met my expectations. The last 3 years, I've had a handful of isolated- I hope- issues, i.e. my 49r license plate frame was taken from front of my car and a bag of quarters was stolen from my console. I reported, but no results. The latter situation (quarters) I was offered a $20 discount on next car service, but again, nothing resulted from that. More
