Always great service. The only thing I would recommend is provide more indoor seating in the waiting area. There were no available seats for all customers and I had to sit in the computer room which was cold provide more indoor seating in the waiting area. When needed i was able to have access to a loaner car. They have an excellent system of recognizing my phone number which cuts down of basic info of who i am and what kind of car i need serviced. When i waited for my car to get serviced i had adequate space, water, wifi and excellent choices of brewed coffee. I am very happy and satisfied that we purchased our Lexus from Lexus of Sacramento.
