I dropped in on a Friday and Bob Wilson was extremely helpful and we went straight out for a test drive. After a second test frive with Anthony Taormina the followin Monday I decided to purchase the car and it was super straightforward to complete all the paper work with Bob and Traci. They even arrranged an Uber to collect me after I'd returned my wifes car to her work so I could take the Honda home. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Bob and his colleagues at Tucson Subaru if you're in the market for a new car. More

We were introduced to the service Dept and Chris's manager and were given token gifts from each one. Every question about the cars and process were answered perfectly. C.J. and the rest of the staff made buying a car an enjoyable experience. It appeared that because this is a great place to buy a car, they were very busy - it was Saturday. In spite of how busy they were, they led me through the process in good time with attention to the details that were important to me. I will look here first when it's time to buy another car. The comfort and head clearance was what was vary important as I am 6’ 4” tall. We liked the style of the 2019 model and decided to make an appointment to return on Saturday afternoon to see Trent Nichols. Trent’s approach was to spell out the many features of the car as well as to pick up 9n our vibes as to what we wanted in a new car. His knowlefge of this model was incredible. He explained the availability of classes on the many features of the car and recommended this was time well spent. He really believes in customer service and care of the customer. Needless to say we left in a new Forrester. I’m confident in your service department because you run a first class operation. Traci is another team member and walked us through the paperwork and the many different options and the financing package. Very professional and thorough. Hats off to your team. I had looked on the internet for availability in Tucson through Auto Trader, True Car, and several other internet providers. Found several cars to look at. After visiting a small dealership (Tucson Auto) in town we decided to visit Tucson Subaru..... GOOD thing we did! Amazing !!! Excellent quality used cars at really decent pricing. I was Overly Impressed by all the staff....by the impressive building, setting and service. Both Steve Willis and especially Tracy Roberts were amazing. Both treated us with respect and (even though a dealership trying to sell vehicles) they both looked out for our "best" interest. THIS impressed me the most. Making sure the customer "My Son & I" were not pressured into anything we did mot want AND made sure that everything that was needed to "cover" our best interest was offered and covered.
