Tucson Subaru is not pushy at all when you come in and look at cars which I liked a lot as there is no pressure. I felt no pressure to make a purchase, and after deciding that I did in fact want to purchase the car, the experience went very quickly and smoothly. Jim was very friendly and helpful, and so far I am really enjoying the Crosstrek! I also met with Bob Wilson on a previous visit and he was great to work with as well, and very friendly. Overall a very positive experience with all of the staff at Subaru. More

Best Dealership Experience To Date A family member recommend Trent but he has Wednesday's off, so I first met with Sean. Sean was wonderful to work with and was responsive with followin A family member recommend Trent but he has Wednesday's off, so I first met with Sean. Sean was wonderful to work with and was responsive with following up on the questions I had after leaving the dealership. I returned with my fiancé later that day and after a second test drive, we settled on the 2018 Outback. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday to purchase the car but Sean had the day off so we were able to work with Trent after all. Trent was outstanding and a real pleasure to work with. After finalizing things with him, we finished the financing and contract with Traci. There are two items that brought this down to a four star review: 1) Our appointment with Trent was at 12pm and we didn't finish until nearly 7pm. 2) Traci introduced several options to us and we didn't feel like we had sufficient time to fully read the contracts on these items. As far as the timing is concerned, they were working with another customer and so that had some impact on their availability. Additionally, we did take approximately an hour to do one final test drive. With that said, I'm still not sure how it managed to take 7 hours to buy a car we had already decided on. As far as the extra options are concerned, by the time we were presented these, several of them "sounded good" and we opted for 4 of the multitude of options presented. At home, I took the time to fully read the contracts and reviews of these items and realized that we really didn't want 2 of the 4. Thankfully, we were able to cancel these items and it only required an extra trip to sign the revised contracts. These items aside, we really had a great time working with Sean, Trent and Traci. Trent was respectful of the fact that we had plans Saturday night and allowed us to come back for him to do the full walkthrough on all of the features. He was also wonderful at getting our tint scheduled and getting the infotainment system updated to the latest version. I feel really good about having Trent as a contact for future questions and we would happily work with him again on the purchase of a car. Trent showed a genuine interest in our needs and realizes the value in fostering a long term relationship. More

Best no-pressure vehicle experience ever! I have been communicating with Trent about the Subaru Ascent since June 2018. When the opportunity came, in August, to purchase the Ascent, I made the I have been communicating with Trent about the Subaru Ascent since June 2018. When the opportunity came, in August, to purchase the Ascent, I made the 1 1/2hr drive from Sierra Vista. After spending roughly a hour between test driving and going over features, I finally decided the Ascent is something I was willing to trade in my 2014 Forester. Trent went over all the options and accessories. He was very thorough and even showed me how they looked on his Ascent. He was very knowledgeable and worked at my pace. The finance portion took a bit longer than expected, but that was due to the high volume of other customers purchasing vehicles. Traci was also very helpful and found the right finance plan for my needs. Overall Tucson Subaru probably the best experience I've had in purchasing a new vehicle. More
