We found our way to Subaru via a recent article in Consumer Reports evaluating cars for older drivers in mind. Subaru leads the way in safety technology and we had owned a Legacy in the past and it was a great car. So we headed for Tucson Subaru and the experience was excellent. We gathered the information on the models we were interested. We did a considerable amount of additional research on the NET and returned a few days later. We greatly appreciated not being pressured or rushed into the decision. I particularly was pleased with the quality of the manuals included with the vehicle. They are thorough and clearly written. This is not to be assumed these days and I am one of those rare birds who finds them really useful. Jack McVey patiently described the car's features and demonstrated how they worked. Traci Roberts was very helpful in explaining the intricacies of the various care plans and efficiently managed the paperwork necessary to conclude the sale. The general environment at Tucson Subaru is very friendly and helpful. More

We were not overrun with aggressive sales personnel or sales techniques. Instead we were assisted with patience, given good options, and received clear comparisons of the Outback and Forrester. All of these factors helped us to decide to purchase at the Subaru dealership. Also the approach of our salesman helped us make a great choice for our family. We chose to purchase on a Saturday that completed 18 car sales instead of the more normal 6-7 sales for a Saturday. So the personnel were extremely busy. But we still received good service. Ask for Ken -- he did a great job. Traci made a rather tedious paperwork event in Finance funny and quickly achieved. Thanks Subaru! More

Most amazing car buying experience ever!! It has been almost 13 1/2 years since I had to deal with purchasing a vehicle. The moment my son an I stepped onto the Tucson Subaru lot, we started It has been almost 13 1/2 years since I had to deal with purchasing a vehicle. The moment my son an I stepped onto the Tucson Subaru lot, we started to look at the vehicles sitting outside the showroom. There were sales people standing there, but, no one "pounced" on us immediately. They allowed us a few moments before a pleasant gentleman came up to us and said, "Hello, my name is Steve. (shook our hands) Do you have any questions I might be able to answer for you about our vehicles?" Steve listened, we all talked and laughed a lot and I ended up with my wonderful Crosstrek. Last, I met Traci and she was a blast. Explained everything clearly. Was comfortable to talk to and just a shear joy to work with. The next day, I had to return with some paperwork for my trade in. This is when I met Scott. He was pleasant and very informative about some accessories I purchased. All I can say is...Amazing staff!! "No pressure" sales people. Most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. Highly recommend Tucson Subaru and Subaru vehicles. More
