Just perfect. Not intimidating and very helpful. C.J. Nichols took a lot of time with us and did not intimidate me with pressure. Even gave me a dozen red roses! Great service from sales (I expect this!). Great service from Finance except for one thing. Traci said she would call to setup appointment for additional products from sales (I expect this!). Best in the state, by far! I first went to Peoria Subaru, then Camelback Subaru, then AutoNation Subaru. I had very disappointing experiences with these three. I found the 2017 I first went to Peoria Subaru, then Camelback Subaru, then AutoNation Subaru. I had very disappointing experiences with these three. I found the 2017 Subaru STI I wanted online in the Tucson Subaru inventory. The vehicle was marked $3,000 less than the other dealerships so I asked AutoNation to get that one for me. They told me that the price couldn't be correct and then wouldn't get me what I wanted for my trade in. So naturally I called Tucson Subaru to verify. This was my first contact with Jennifer Duran. She was very nice and helpful. She didn't even try to get me to drive two hours down there to buy it from them. She simply answered my questions in detail. After AutoNation failed, I called Jennifer back to see what they could do. Over the course of a few hours, I sent pictures of my trade in with my out the door price on the vehicle. After a little negotiating, she came back with a yes. I immediately made the 2+ hour drive down to Tucson from the Phoenix area. When I arrived, Jennifer had the vehicle clean and ready to go with all of the paperwork ready as well. I was in and out in under two hours. The drive took longer than the sale/trade in. This dealership is truly the best Subaru in the state of Arizona. I won't hesitate to give Jennifer a call the next time I want to buy a Subaru. More

Easy, stress free, friendly. Jennifer Duran was great! I told her no not now, I've got to get my finances in order, work on a loan, and discuss it further with my wife. She didn't push and offered to email me some info about the car, and loan options. I called the next day she had a day off, not only did she come in, but came in at 7:00 to accommodate our late work schedule. We came in at 7:00, took a test ride, had a trade in, and a loan from our bank, we were driving off the lot a little over 2 hours later. They have tons of add ons, they're a car dealership, but Jennifer and Traci didn't push anything we didn't need, we ended up with the add on of the remaining original warranty, and the price was right. We got the car we wanted, were treated right, and feel like we can come back at anytime. More
