While trying to buy out my lease they only dealt with me though email, wouldn’t confirm what I needed to get a check for to buy it out. Then day when I picked it up I showed up and finance wasn’t aware I wa though email, wouldn’t confirm what I needed to get a check for to buy it out. Then day when I picked it up I showed up and finance wasn’t aware I was coming in after I called and set up a time , then found out I was assigned to a sales rep I never spoke to one . To buy a vehicle and do my own finance should be that hard . Seams like once you don’t wanna finance or get another new vehicle they don’t care . Sales rep I was assigned to was nice, finance came off rude and unprofessional. I won’t ever go back . More
