Bill Fairgrieve has the advantage of years of experience in the industry. He made it easy to buy the Ranger I wanted. After the sale he insisted I return so that he could completely go over the Ranger Laria in the industry. He made it easy to buy the Ranger I wanted. He made sure that I understood everything before he took me on a tour of the workshop to show me the behind-the-scenes. After Cabo he again pushed me to ask him any questions that I had. He wouldn't let me go until I was happy that all of my queries had been answered. He also introduced me to the service manager I will be dealing with in the future when I come in for my free oil changes and service.. I like this dealership. I found the sales person to be friendly and informative. I initially worked with the Service Dept when I purchased my Ford and found them to be helpful and efficient. However, the one time I dealt with the I initially worked with the Service Dept when I purchased my Ford and found them to be helpful and efficient. However, the one time I dealt with the Quick Lane people was terrible. I had such a bad experience with them that I went to the Service people (Mitch Sperling) who was extremely helpful. Since that time I only deal with the Service Dept (John Kaiser) when any service is needed. More
