Tracy came into the showroom and checked on me to ensure everything went smoothly. He was excited for me as well, picking up a new car. When I checked out, Tracy was out to lunch. I wish I could remember the name of the guy who helped me; he had a Spanish name. He ran outside, got my car, and pulled it inside for me. I have severe arthritis in my knees, and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that. This is why I keep coming back. This is my third car, which I bought from you a couple of weeks ago from Gina. She has helped me buy a new car each time. This is also why I drive to your dealership, an hour from my home in Godfrey, Illinois.
