The work on my car was spectaculous. And I highly recommend the Mechanic. The car runs like new,except that I have not gotten a chance to take it for a speed drive to see if the original problem exit recommend the Mechanic. They also did not take all the necessary pics for the Insurance Company to validate my claim. I will now have to do it on my own. More

Had a very bad experience Toyota is now coming out with their true Colors knowing that I have almost finished my payments. that’s really bad. I took my vehicle to toyota on sunrise valley stream on the seventhof May 2021. they promised to have it ready by the 10th. On the 10th they call and said they are waiting on a part to ship. I had to rent the seventhof May 2021. they promised to have it ready by the 10th. On the 10th they call and said they are waiting on a part to ship. I had to rent a car that cost me $126 .00 per day on the 5/12/2021. They refuse to pay me back this money for my inconvenience since they have no loaner car to give to me. They evenually give me a loaner car on the 13th and call on the 14th for us to pick up the vehicle for $1720.00 .We return the loaner car on the 15th and drove our vhicle a mile or so the vehicle starts to sway or pull to the right as soon as it accelerated as though it was going to throw us into traffic . we turned around and returned to toyota with blinking hazard lights and was treated very unappreciated of the fact that I had a 2year old baby, paid them 1720 about an hour ago and I had no vehicle to return home or no cash to get home from sunrise to xx albans . i was told to park vehicle in the parking lot until Monday not even in the garage, there was no loaner vehicle to get me home and if I could not get it back to toyota with a tow truck or by driving it back I had to driving it home. Soi I was left to call a umber and pay with a credit card to get home. This is the most horrible and disrespectful treatment you can provide toyota. Poor customer service. More

I brought in my car yesterday for regular maintainance.. To my surprise I was told I had to pay. I was under the impression that my 3 years of lease included free maintainance. On top of that now my maintainance is not free anymore all of a sudden the alignment goes bad and issues arise. I personally think it is done on purpose to rip people off. Not a good thing. I was going to be a loyal customer but I guess now I have think other options as soon as my lease expires. More
