Where do I start! Travis was amazing. I parked my vechile and before I even shut my door he was walking out the door to see me. He had the most genuine smile and had the brightest hello. I was there to trade in my truck and was wanting something smaller and better on gas... well he asked me what I was looking at. And showed me MORE options. I told him i have been trying for over 5 yrs to get a car right off the lot from a dealership. Well he worked with me... showed me a beautiful 2020 kia optima. We took it for a test drive. And let me tell you, he NEVER pressured me into the vechile. He told me all the features how everything worked. Always asked me how I felt driving the car, what concerns I had, etc... yes hes trying to make a sale but he never made me feel as if i had to get it and i was wasting his time. He had such a great sense of humor, kind, and gave me his full attention no matter how dumb the question was...so now I am driving a brand spanking new 2020 kia optima. I will definitely be back and tell everyone to go to Travis. You will not be disappointed!!! More
