Despite the fact that we were there for a very long time, he took his time, and was very charming and entertaining during the long purchase process. I was never pressured, and I did not have to deal with the back-and-forth hard core pricing negotiation with his manager. Lokey Volkswagon has followed up with us several times to ensure that we are satisfied. I will definitely be willing to do business with them again! More

Trevor was awesome. For being so young, he really knows his Volkswagens, and was very personable. However, we did not have a positive experience with Taylor. When my husband and I told Taylor that we were not interested in an extended warranty, he left the office and did not return for at least 15 to 20 minutes telling us he had something to do. My husband and I have purchased over 15 cars in the last 32 years and this was the first time someone treated us like this. More
