Cost was higher than any other BMW service centers in the fairfield county. But the service manager was able to match the price which means they are customer centric. Service was done well and the techs were fairfield county. But the service manager was able to match the price which means they are customer centric. Jamie & Trevor are the best! My 2015 335 had its engine light come on. I took it in to get service and after getting a much larger bill than expected, the team worked with me to My 2015 335 had its engine light come on. Monday morning I had an issue with my car, stopping in without an appointment. The issue warranted an immediate repair. They took the car, had a loaner available and I was on my way in no time. Trevor made it happen with a positive customer centric attitude. What an outstanding team he has built! More

I bought a brand new 540I xdrive in NJ Waited months to get it. 3 days after delivery car was dead in CT. Without hesitation BMW Darien STEPPED UP Big time. Loaned me a car. Got me back on the road in get it. 3 days after delivery car was dead in CT. Without hesitation BMW Darien STEPPED UP Big time. Loaned me a car. Got me back on the road in less than 24 hours in my new car. Best service experience ever. More

Our new X7 had a computer problem while I was visiting. friends in CT from Washington DC and I walked into the dealership at 5 PM. Jamie Gonzalez quickly arranged a loaner for me while my car was kept to a friends in CT from Washington DC and I walked into the dealership at 5 PM. Jamie Gonzalez quickly arranged a loaner for me while my car was kept to access the problem . I returned by train to DC a few days later, but Jamie and the Darien dealership manager kept me and my husband appraised of the many evaluations taking place to find and correct the problem. After replacing a part the car was towed back to our house outside of DC. We appreciate all the extra service provided for us and would highly recommend the BMW dealer in Darien. More
