I left a bad review online and shortly after I got a text message from someone named Stella saying she would talk to the managers and come back to me with a resolution. It has been two weeks and she hasn’t come back with a resolution. This is actually worse than just sweeping it under the rug from the get-go, but either way I wouldn’t use your service again. It’s especially a shame because i’ve bought two cars from you in the past 12 months and was planning to buy a third when my son gets his license, but now I’m going to buy it from another dealership. I will say the dealer we worked with, Trevor, is a really good guy but I won’t spend money on a business who’s Customer Service is so poorly managed. More
