I had an amazing visit I bought my car with Christian Montfort . We were pleased with the price for our new Honda and had negotiated virtually. I called the morning of to confirm purchase and thought the car would be ready. We waited for over 3 hours even and the lack of negotiated virtually. I called the morning of to confirm purchase and thought the car would be ready. We waited for over 3 hours even and the lack of efficiency during COVID was astonishing. It took over half hour for them to get the car from warehouse and then the paperwork and car detailing took forever. It all could have been prepared ahead of time before we came in. We weren’t offered water the entire 3 hours! The finance person didn’t even explain what we were signing and just thrusted papers in front of us- I had to ask what it meant! More

What I appreciate most about DCH is that there were no surprises. I negotiated my deal on-line with Megan and when I got there, the deal I negotiated was the deal I was presented. He presented some other offers but was never pushy. Financing papers took longer to get together than I expected but even the finance guy didn't try to push anything other than what I agreed to on-line. This is the 2nd Honda I have purchased from DCH and probably won't be the last. They are light years better than Open Road (puke). More
