I drive a long distance to have my car serviced here because they are trustworthy and don't perform unnecessary work without being completely sure that is what is needed. I found them years ago when another dealer was recommending an expensive repair and I wanted a second opinion. Tristen and his team were correct and saved me over a thousand dollars. They are also usually able to get me in if it is urgent whereas dealers closer to me would make me wait 3-4 weeks. I feel like they care about the customer's safety and wallet. Grateful to have found them. More

The only issue was the time the service took. Had an appointment Tuesday morning and the car didn’t get completed for 2 weeks. Didn’t even look at the first week. No loaner available. Dealership had car for 10 days without a single call to provide an update on troubleshooting the fault code. I called several times and they said service writer would call back and he never did. I went twice and spoke to him and he said he'd get and update and call me (again, never did). On day 11 we went and spoke with the service manager and General manager and things started moving. Got truck back on day 15 with a new $1300 catalytic converter. More

There are odd fees that got tacked on to this oil change and recall repair that make no sense and should be explained. I have no idea what “misc charges” are and why that cost me an additional $9.44 especia and recall repair that make no sense and should be explained. I have no idea what “misc charges” are and why that cost me an additional $9.44 especially since I specifi asked if I would incur any other charges beyond my coupon covered oil change of $49.99. The bill ended up being $66.48. I appreciate my service advisor but beyond that, I’m not thrill by my bronco that has had break noise since it was 6 months old or by the charges at Bowditch. It is unlikely that I will buy a Ford again. More
