While driving on the highway, the turn signal light was not working. I brought the car to the Norm Reeves dealership, where Tristian was my advisor. From diagnosis to getting it fixed, it took about a week not working. I brought the car to the Norm Reeves dealership, where Tristian was my advisor. From diagnosis to getting it fixed, it took about a week as they needed to order the parts from out of state. Tristian kept me informed all along the way with the details of the diagnosis, clear expectations and timelines. I also received drop-off and pick-up services from Uber. Tristian consistently provided superb customer service and demonstrated exceptional professionalism. His dedication and expertise not only met but exceeded expectations, ensuring a remarkable experience. More

I had made a mistake by taking my CR-V to an oil change location that was a little closer. They messed up my skid plate even when I returned to them,they still couldn't fix. NRH Honda corrected it at no location that was a little closer. They messed up my skid plate even when I returned to them,they still couldn't fix. NRH Honda corrected it at no cost - I was having other maintenance items performed as well. In the future, NRH Honda will do my oil change as well. More

After paying cash for our new 2023 Honda Passport Trailsport everything went downhill from there. Once they received their money they could have cared less. We had appointments made that they even confirmed, we show up then no one there to perform the service. Trying to get anyone in the service or finance departments to return a phone call.. you can forget that!! It won’t happen!! Seriously that absolute worst customer service experience we have ever had in all of our years of buying cars. This was the first time we have ever been in a position to pay cash and should have been super excited.. they took that away!! Need major improvements here folks!! More
