I had made a mistake by taking my CR-V to an oil change location that was a little closer. They messed up my skid plate even when I returned to them,they still couldn't fix. Trying to get anyone in the service or finance departments to return a phone call.. you can forget that!! It won’t happen!! Seriously that absolute worst customer service experience we have ever had in all of our years of buying cars. This was the first time we have ever been in a position to pay cash and should have been super excited.. they took that away!! Need major improvements here folks!! More
