Advertising that Ford has your back 100% isn’t the experience I felt that I got. During the buying process and all the good aspect of things they were there for me no doubt but considering I bought a experience I felt that I got. During the buying process and all the good aspect of things they were there for me no doubt but considering I bought a 40,000 car for you guys you would show more love and doing the right thing for the customer would come without hesitation. I was drugged and almost xxxxx by a male on vacation and ended up crashing my brand new 2021 mustang and my insurance is trying to deny the claim and when I reached out to so many departments and basically was told I’m SOL. That wasn’t the response I got when I was again buying a 40,000 mustang off the show room. I mean is 40,000 not enough money to get some sort of help or appreciation. DO WHATS RIGHT FOR A CUSTOMER THAT INVEST 40,000 into your company. Ridiculous. Super disappointed More
