Theeee smoothest car buying process ever. AMAZING!!! Curtis was the bomb and to this day still is. I traveled back to Richmond with my new baby and if I have a question Curtis will send a tim AMAZING!!! Curtis was the bomb and to this day still is. I traveled back to Richmond with my new baby and if I have a question Curtis will send a timely response and technically he doesn’t have to because the purchase has already been made. I literally shoot him a txt and he shoots one back. Curtis’ customer service is impeccable. I was the last customer there and even with them shutting down for the night he still made sure to walk me through my car setup (Audi app). Also did a detailed run through of my car buttons and settings. Long story short lol Curtis will get you right for the road !! More
