Randy was great to work with. Buying a car is one of my least favorite things to do, but I had no issues with Randy at all. He's very professional and knows his brand very well. He showed me options that I wasn't originally looking at based on what features I wanted and I ended up in a car I absolutely love, that I wouldn't have looked at without his recommendation. He also went over all the features in detail after I completed the purchase to make sure I knew how to properly operate all the new features, in addition to introducing me to the service team that I'll utilize in the future for maintenance. I ran into a few hiccups during my purchase, and Randy took them in stride and never made me feel rushed or forced to act. Overall it was a great experience, and I'll definitely work with Randy on my next purchase and recommend him to anyone looking for an Audi. Additionally, Chad Narcum from the service team and Troy from finance were also great to work with during this purchase. Happy to have a car from a great group of people. More
