Both times he worked for us trying to get the best deal possible, everyone is very friendly and they have kept in touch since the purchase. Asking if we needed any help or had any questions about our purchase. The one thing I've noticed with the new 2017 CRV the auto hand book is lot more user friendly, I'm not so great with all this new technology, but with the new hand books any question on the electronics is easy to find and the directions are as easy to follow. I do not like buying cars spending the money, dealing with the sales people and then finance, but I must say this was ok and the vehicle is great. More
