Don’t believe 5000 no worries warranty. Dealership will not return my calls and corporate will not recognize warranty it is only through dealer. Whole thing is a lie. I went to island Toyota with my cousin for mural support and Chris was the first to say hello to us. He greeted us with such a professional and nice way , different from other salesmen we seen in other deal and Chris was the first to say hello to us. He greeted us with such a professional and nice way , different from other salesmen we seen in other dealers. He was patience and very informative taught us and gave us hands on knowledge on the test drive . I was very surprised to see to see a salesman that wasn’t so aggressive and didn’t treat us like a money sign. Poor Sales Dept. Non-existent communication I called at 9:05 am To schedule a test drive for an advertised used car. I specifically asked if the car was still available since I had a two hour dr I called at 9:05 am To schedule a test drive for an advertised used car. I specifically asked if the car was still available since I had a two hour drive. I was told the car was available and made an appointment for 11:30. Upon arrival, we were told that the car was sold the night before!! The manager who answered the phone admitted that he knew the car was sold, but his staff who answers the phone didn't know it yet because it takes a while for them to update their records. Seriously? This is the 21st century. So I lost 1/2 my day and a tank of gas because the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. What a way to run a business! More
