Turner Ede is the best!!!!! It was great having Turner for a salesman, he made sure everything went smooth for my F150 lease. Everyone was great in the sales department!!! My only complaint (reason for 4 stars) is about the new vehicle prep department, which could use some improvement. The Heritage Ford mud flaps were installed very crooked (not good advertising) and the bedliner they installed had a very bent warped part at the rear window area which would not work well for my tonneau cover. I straightened the mud flaps myself when I got the truck home because I couldn't let everyone driving behind me to be looking at crooked Heritage Ford mud flaps. And Turner and Mike(sales manager) both made sure I received a new bedliner. More

On a whim, while waiting for a service visit for my 2010 F150, I walked into the Sales department and met Turner Ede. He explained how a Lease might serve us better this time and even though the exact features my husband wanted was not on the lot - it only took Turner one work day to call to say he found our new truck. Within a week we leased our new 2018 F150 at a price that made $en$e. Larry Lussier was extremely helpful in working the numbers to fit our expectations and Kevin Dowd pointed out a great Maintenance Plan that did not hurt the monthly payment and means we do not pay for routine maintenance visits. Turner was a sheer pleasure to work with - friendly, attentive and helpful. Larry and Kevin rounded out the excellent customer service we received and Service and Value are the reasons Heritage Ford will see us come back again. More

Recently we decided to give the car to our daughter to use at her summer camp job and at college. Since his experience at Heritage was good, we returned this summer to get another car. Although I enjoyed driving the Edge my husband had purchased, I was looking for some upgrades the second time around. We met Turner Ede who is enthusiastic, professional and accommodating. I worked in sales myself years ago and Turner is an excellent sales person. He immediately understood what I was looking for and he suggested a car on the lot that had every feature I wanted. Both Turner and Adam Rich the manager worked to make the deal happen and I'm very happy with the car. We did go to other dealers in the area because my husband was trying to talk me into leasing something else, but I far preferred the Ford Edge and dealing with the people at a Heritage was a way better experience as a customer. So if you want a Ford, go to Heritage and ask for Turner. More

Celeste contacted me regularly throughout the entire search period, sending as many options my way as possible. When a truck arrived on the Heritage lot that ticked all the boxes I went for a test drive with Turner. Turner is a straight forward sales person who enjoys his job and cares about his clients. It has been just over two months since my purchase and he has checked in with me multiple times and has helped schedule service appointments to check out a few minor concerns I had post-purchase.
