Came into this experience slightly nervous as we knew this was a big purchase for a car that doesn’t come around very often. We scheduled a test drive and during the drive, noticed an odd sound. We brought up our concerns with Junior and he got a technician to drive with us so we could point out the sound. Tyler, the tech, confirmed he also heard it and they took it into their shop to take a closer look. After a few minutes, they were able to identify the issue and let us know it would be fixed at no cost to us. We gave it a night to sleep on it before coming back the next morning ready to pull the trigger. Junior was patient and walked us through the entire process, answering all our questions and addressing any concerns. The extended service option is platinum- better than the vehicle’s original warranty and only a $100 deductible when used, so it was a no brainer. Overall, happy with our purchase and glad we got the car we wanted. More

Enjoy all the benefits of a sub-par car lot, including sales reps who lie to your face, managers who strut around the showroom bragging about how they outsold everyone, and a finance department that said they "lost" your pre-approval. Or save yourself the trouble and go to a reputable place with less sleazy everything. That said, I realize writing this isn't going to change anything. But the one employee reading this then subsequently burying it beneath a gaggle of fake reviews should (and probably does) know you work for clowns. More
