Had to have the engine replaced in my 17 MKZ. It was replaced under the factory warranty; however, I asked about what kind of warranty would be on the new engine and as I have an extended warrant It was replaced under the factory warranty; however, I asked about what kind of warranty would be on the new engine and as I have an extended warranty would that cover the new engine should something go wrong after the factory warranty, or whatever the warranty is on the new engine expires. No one ever gave me and answer on what the new engine warrant was or if it would be covered under the extended warranty at any point in time. More
