One thing I liked the most about this showroom that they are open 7 days of week. The service is not bad but I did not have good experience with the sales agent Lan Lawson. He offered me 72 months financing are open 7 days of week. The service is not bad but I did not have good experience with the sales agent Lan Lawson. He offered me 72 months financing with 0% APR and three years maintenance for new Grand Cherokee Jeep purchasing but at the end of the deal when we reached to the agreement and ready to sign and do the paper work in the finance office with Terrence Shine. I was told that the 72 months financing option with 0% APR is not available and three years maintenance is not included either in the deal. I told the finance manger "Terrence Shine" that I was offered 72 months 0% APR not only by Lan Lawson, another sales agent Ryan Dworkis offered me too. The finance manager asked Lan Lawson and he lied to my face that he didn't offer me 72 months financing with 0% APR as well as not three years maintenance. I was shocked! this was very unprofessional. It was not expected. Anyways, finally Terrance Shine has included only the three years maintenance in the deal after back and forth discussion with the managers I believe but not the 72 months financing with 0% APR. I got exhausted, so end up getting loan from TD bank with 4.50% APR. Not to forget that Lan Lawson helped me at the end to setup my new car, I appreciate that but not happy that they offered me 0% APR to make the deal then took it off at the end. More
