Excellent!! I originally went to speak to Turgo Trupnasse because I have read the reviews on Dealerrater. Mr Trupnasse was already working out a deal with another I originally went to speak to Turgo Trupnasse because I have read the reviews on Dealerrater. Mr Trupnasse was already working out a deal with another customer and delightfully explained that he had just started to work with this customer and rather then to have me waiting he apologized and referred me to Tyler. Throughout my time with working out a deal with Tyler, he continually made sure I was satisfied and I was well taken care of. Tyler was very helpful with helping me get out 9 months early on my Toyota Camry lease. I no longer wanted a small vehicle, therefore decided to get a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Tyler made this experience very easy and he was very patient to answer all my questions. I definitely left there paying what I was willing to pay for the vehicle and was very happy with the customer service provided. After receiving delivery on this vehicle, I noticed there was a minor defect (small scratch) upon the tailgate, and reached out to Tyler a week later and without any issues he resolved my issues and we are very happy with our vehicle and will definitely be doing business with Tyler again!
