Could have been more honest if they show the few abnormalities and then let's hash out a fair price. But instead the they hid them in plain site, so after the signing we pointed out those abnormalit abnormalities and then let's hash out a fair price. But instead the they hid them in plain site, so after the signing we pointed out those abnormalities but their answer was "tough-titties". The chip windshield was NOT fix by any of their tech guys. They want an arm and a leg ($500) to change out the front grille. Couldn't just swop out one from another car. Don't they want happy customers.?? If I were them I would have already had an adjustable price set that would have satisfied both. There should be a law that says you are point out, or make know to customers all and any abnormalities. Then let them decide. That way nobody feels taken advantage of. Only way I can feel better is if I purchase and installed the grille myself. Also if I purchase a chip glass repair kit, make time to view a few different tutorials, then tackle the project myself. ( Not too worried that this would void my warranty they are already in disrepair ) Worst I can do is add value to the vehicle... More
