Excellent recovery I have been going to Klaben since I was 19 years old for cars. My dad has purchased almost every car from them as well because Klaben has proven to be a company that is honest and trustworthy. I really feel that when I go to Klaben, I will be dealt with fairly. This last experience was a bit rocky as we worked with a new salesman. What was important to my husband and I that with every small glitch in the process, Klaben bent over backwards to make it right. A special thank you to Tyler, a salesman at Ford who stepped in and really won us over with excellent service. We will be back later this year for another vehicle and will be seeking Tyler to help us find another car. Also, thank you to James Stickler who called the day after the purchase to make sure that everything was worked out to our satisfaction.
