From the first phone call to the day I drove off the lot with my brand new 2017 Ford Edge I received the best customer service ever! Like some of the other dealerships I've gone to over the years, they don't make you feel like 'just another sale". There was no pressure from anyone to buy my vehicle. Our salesman, Tyler, was wonderful and so James, who was my first contact. The girl in financing was great and easy do deal with as well. I've purchased many cars over the years, and this was by far the best experience I've ever had doing so. It was not an all day project, we were in and out of there in a very reasonable amount of time, which was quite impressive! My family and I will definitely go back there for any new cars we get in the future. I would also highly recommend Klaben Ford Lincoln in Kent to everyone! You will be so happy you went! More

What stood out the most for me was after we agreed on the deals and the prices, Joe walked into the finance manager's office for approval. We have all been through this part, right?? I was wrong again. He came back several minutes later with LOWER prices for both cars than what we already agreed on! I tell everyone considering a new car to talk to Joe Bellian for this reason.
