I found Jesus in 2025, a turning point that reshaped my life and priorities. I’m a devoted husband to my beautiful wife and a proud father of two amazing boys who inspire me every day. I have a deep passion for all things automotive - especially drag racing - and I also enjoy firearms and building LEGO sets in my downtime. I began my automotive career in September of 2010 as a technician at Goodyear, where I built a strong foundation in hands-on service. In February of 2016, I transitioned into sales, where I discovered a true passion for guiding people through the shopping experience. Helping others make confident, informed decisions is what drives me, and I take pride in combining technical knowledge with genuine, people-first service.

The sales person greeted me in the lot and vehicle I was considering was staged. While he did an overview, I had a 1/2 dozen specific questions we reviewed in detail. Once we came to terms on price and trade in, the rest of the details were handled quickly. 2 days after I had the car, the sales person met me again to go over some of the technology and syncing an additional iPhone. Satisfied customer We were shopping for a car for our 17-year-old son. Our older son drives a 2012 Ford Focus SE, and we were quite happy with it so we were looking at 2 We were shopping for a car for our 17-year-old son. Our older son drives a 2012 Ford Focus SE, and we were quite happy with it so we were looking at 2012-14 Focuses for the younger son. We went to three dealerships. One sold the car we had scheduled a test drive on as we were driving to the dealership. The second dealership (where we have bought two Acadias) brought an unwashed car up for the test drive and bounced me between sales people with one trying to sell me on their financing at a higher rate than the loan I had in hand from my bank. Finally, we went to Klaben (where we purchased my husband's Mustang) to look at a car I'd found online. We test drove it and didn't particularly like that car, but Tyler listened to what we were looking for and called us to tell us about a car that had just come in and fit those specs. He worked with us to get it cleaned and prepped so we could test drive it the next day. It was exactly what we wanted, and our son is thrilled with his new ride. More

Stress Free I felt very comfortable, Brandon was a gem, and Tyler was so fun and enjoyable on the test drive. Another Ford in the house The purchase of the Ford Fiesta was quick and stress free. We viewed the car on Sunday on the lot when the dealership was closed. I emailed the dealer The purchase of the Ford Fiesta was quick and stress free. We viewed the car on Sunday on the lot when the dealership was closed. I emailed the dealership in regard to our interest in the Fiesta and received a response a few minutes later. We specifically requested to be contact by Tyler Kline as he assisted us in the purchase of an Escape a year ago. Tyler sent an email providing detailed information on the Fiesta, purchase options and the Ford Certified Program information. We arranged to view the Fiesta on Monday evening. The car was ready to be viewed and driven upon our arrival. Both Tyler Kline and Richard Klaben reviewed the process in which Klaben Ford obtained the Fiesta, the inspection process and maintenance completed on the vehicle. We had all our questions answered and happily drove our new car off the lot about 2 hours after our arrival. We know that we can contact Tyler and the dealership with any questions or concerns that arise. We will definitely return to Klaben Ford in the future when we need to purchase another vehicle. More
