Service on new car Purchased a new Explorer sport. When we got on the freeway we noticed a slight vibration. My sales rep scheduled a service appointment. The service department verified the vibration and identified a problem with two tires that came from the factory. They ordered two new tires nd had us back on the road before the day was out. All work and new tires were covered under warranty Great job More

The lease on our 2014 Ford Explorer Sport was coming due on the 5th of January. Klaben had been doing the routine maintenance on our 2014. We were very happy with how well things had been going. I called in and was greeted by Tyler Klyne on the phone. I explained what my needs were. He was very professional and courteous. Every question I had was answered precisely and completely. When we went to look at the new 2017 He had it ready, spent a good deal of time with us explaining the differences. We went for a nice test drive where we got to know him better. When we returned. He had the several options prepared for me. We had given thought to purchase the 2014. But when it came down to it the lease on the 2017 was a better choice. He located the one we wanted, and had it ready to go once we arrived. Everything was well organized, and moved through the process very smoothly. We would highly recommend him to all of our friends and anyone who ever asks who to deal with when purchasing a new car. This was a 5 star experience. More
