The vehicle was great and served our family well for 200,000 miles over the next ten years. Being an owner of a construction company our company utilizes the service department at Klaben to maintain our fleet of over 75 vehicles. So when it came time for me to purchase a new vehicle for myself, and being very comfortable with the Ford products, Klaben was an obvious first place to start my search. When I first walked into the dealership I was greated by Tyler Kline, who offered a water and asked if he could provide any assistance. We proceeded to discuss various vehicles and options. I found Tyler quite knowledgable of the product lines being able to not only discuss the bells and whistles but also the engine powers, gear ratios and towing capacities. He took interest in how I intended to use the vehicle and even did research on his own to confirm the weights of the items I intended to tow. No need to say more, he earned my business. Within 24 hours I was driving out with a great vehicle that I'm sure will service my needs well for years to come. More

No high pressure sales or gimmicks, just good people giving honest advice. Several employees stayed late including Tyler to see our financing go through, and everyone was super friendly and courteous, even with our three not-so-patient kids that were with us. After about 4 hours total I drove my family out in a new car! Only issue was that the all-weather floor mats were missing. Called Tyler and he had them ordered and shipped within a couple days. It's been a few weeks now and I'm still highly satisfied with my decision. More
