Outstanding I was in the market for a new car, when Tyler Kline was the first one at the dealership to meet us. He showed me a few cars that were in my price rang I was in the market for a new car, when Tyler Kline was the first one at the dealership to meet us. He showed me a few cars that were in my price range and I tested them all. When I found the one I loved, we went inside to see how much the price would estimate out to be. We went home to find out about insurance and everything since we arrived at the dealership late. Two days after we looked into my 2014 Fusion we ended up getting a great deal on it! I couldn't be happier with how great Tyler was and all of the team. I recommend going to Klaben and getting Tyler as your sales guy because he'll get you in the car you love at a wonderful price. More

Well worth the drive from Strongsville! I had recently contacted several dealers (closer to my area) in regards to my interest in a new Ford Explorer. Ultimately it was salesman Tyler Kline’s consistently timely responses to my various calls and voicemails which motivated us to come out to Klaben Ford. Glad we did! Tyler was attentive, courteous, and the utmost professional throughout the experience. We hope that he is still around when we buy our next car from Klaben Ford. Sales manager Andy Bellian was also extremely mannerly and patient with my wife and I (as well as our 2 year old daughter :) Rich Klaben even took the time to make it a point to introduce himself to us and make us feel welcome (on a busy Saturday afternoon). Not at Klaben Ford in Kent, and especially not Tyler Kline. Tyler was just the opposite of these age old car salesmen labels. From my first contact with him on the phone, and throughout the entire process, he never once tried to hide anything. He was courteous, polite, and not at all "pushy". He made my truck buying fun again. If need a new or used car, ask for Tyler Kline, you won't be disappointed. More
