This was the most incredible service we have EVER experienced while buying a car(s) We purchased a new SUV and a new truck from Klaben Ford in Kent. This was the most incredible service we have EVER experienced while buying a car(s). The owner, Mr. Klaben HIMSELF, personally helped us pick out the perfect vehicles for our family and did not once hesitate to extend every available courtesy to us! He even filled both cars up with fuel and blessed us with gift cards for dinner! Tyler, our salesman was both friendly and knowledgeable in answering all of the questions we had (and we had many). He put all of his focus on our family through the entire transaction. This is unlike other dealerships that juggle two or three customers at a time. We appreciated how efficiently they handled our paperwork, even going so far as to help my husband order military plates for his new truck. We were encouraged time and time again to reach out at any point in the future should we ever need help with anything. To say we are "impressed" is an understatement - - we are completely blown away by the measures taken to help our family. Klaben did not cut corners or try to set is up for failure by selling us more car than we could afford our than we needed. In fact, they didn't "sell us" at all. The product sold itself. They were just amazing to work with. I absolutely love my new Explorer and my husband feels incredibly spoiled in his truck! They have earned our business from here on out. More
